The
FACT panel boasts of arbitrators & conciliators
with an extensive array of professional qualifications
and expertise (legal and non-legal) for every branch
of industrial or commercial fields, in order to give
definite resolutions to diversified disputes, thus guaranteeing
a tribunal of the highest aptitude and proficiency.
FACT presently has at its disposal prominent arbitrators
belonging to widely varied economic fields, to enable
companies to select as arbitrators specialists of their
trade known for their professional and legal skills.
Membership
FACT seeks the patronage and support of
Arbitrators / Conciliators who are recognized for their
integrity, impartiality, expertise, dispute resolution
skills and reputation in their fields. We would like
to invite you to share our mission, vision and core
values by joining our Panel of Arbitrators / Conciliators.

Persons who wish to be included on the
FACT Panel may fill out the membership form and submit
it to our Head Office. Membership applications would
be finalized after scrutiny by the FACT Arbitration
Committee. Assuming that it meets our criteria for inclusion,
nothing further is required for you to be placed on
our database.
Please note that appointments are made
strictly on the basis of the most appropriate qualification
for the specific case. There is no way of predicting
if and when an appointment might be forthcoming.
Subscriptions
Annual subscription is for the period 1st April to 31st
March. Those applying from 1st October need pay only
half the annual subscription.
